Willie Ann (Bay) Shelton Hudson was born on February 9, 1960 to Martha Ann Hampton Shelton and the late Willie Lee Shelton.

She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Sammie L. Hudson who preceded her in death.

She was an active member of Sandhill M.B. Church where she served as a missionary.

She departed her earthly life on Friday October 20, 2017 at Alliance Healthcare in Holly Springs, MS.

Her memories will forever be cherished by: her mother, Martha A. Shelton of Michigan City, MS; three sisters: Wilma A. Anthony of Jackson, MS, Winnie J. Woodard and Phyllis A. Walls both of Michigan City, MS; one brother, James L. Shelton of Memphis, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers: Sammie, Melvin, Joe, and Ronald Shelton; three sister-in-laws: Magnolia Hudson, Shirley Mitchell, and Gladys Sanders; two brother-in-laws: Joseph Anthony and George Woodard; one niece, Ciara N. Shelton and two nephews, Ashley W. Anthony and Jeremi M. Shelton.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 27, 2017 from 2 pm – 6 pm at Foster and Son Funeral Home in Ripley, MS.  Service will be held October 28, 2017 at 11 am at Sandhill Missionary Baptist Church in Lamar, MS.  The body will lie in state one hour prior to service.  Interment will follow at Sandhill Church Cemetery in Lamar, MS.
