On November 26, 1967Orene Lonise Bell Edgeston's life journey began. She was one of seven children born to The Late Roy Junior Bell and The Late Emma S.L. Bell.
For many years, she shared her love, laughter, compassion, and encouragement with so many people. She was very out spoken and never met a stranger. On Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth, Mississippi, Orene's life journey ended.
Now all of her love, laughter, compassion, and encouragement are great heartfelt
memories to her family and friends. No matter Orene's circumstance, she truly celebrated and embraced life. Most of all rejoicing and thanking God for His plan for her life. She was a faithful member of
F.E.B.C. Every Sunday, she was one of the first to arrive for praise and worship service.
Orene would always joke and laugh with her Pastor and Church Family. Over the years, Orene shared her passion and ability for cooking with several food franchises in Mississippi and Tennessee. Also, from time to time, Orene would render in home care for an elderly/sick family member or friend. Even on her job, Orene's
laughter and joy for life encouraged and brighten someone's day.
To cherish Orene's memories are: her two sons whom she loved unconditionally, German Edgeston and Mycus Edgeston; her brother, Larry Bell; her nieces, LeSha Bell, Brandy Simmons, and Vernessia Bell; her nephews, Lee (Nickie) Hockey, Quentin Johnson, Shaman Bell, and Cameron Bell; a host of family and friends.
Orene was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Junior Bell and Emma S.L Bell; her sisters, Betty Jane Braddock and Irene Simmons (her twin); her brothers, Bobby Bell, Ray Charles Bell, and Phillip Bell; her grandparents, Henry and Gennie V. Bell and Ted (Tom) and Reatha Mae Luster.
