Lakava Cox Obituary

Lakava Cox was born on May 1, 1977 to the late Jimmy Gene and the late Linda Joe Cox. She departed this life on March 21, 2022 at her home.

She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at St. John MBC, Ripley, MS.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters: Atlanta Cook and London Cox. One grandson, Kayden Thompson. Three uncles; Charles (Wanda) Carter, John Carter and Gus Johnson all of Ripley, MS. Three aunts; Pasty Ann Brooks, Josephine Johnson both of Ripley, MS and Brenda Johnson of Indianapolis, IN and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be Sunday, March 27, 2022, 3pm at St. John Cemetery, Ripley, MS.
