Frankie L Johnson

Frankie Lee Johnson, age 71, was born on May 3rd, 1952, to the late Joe Morris and Nylene Johnson.

He professed his faith in Christ at an early age and joined Bethlehem Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until his health declined. He married Sherri Hokey on November 24th, 1994. No children were born to this union. For 20 years, he served as a volunteer Firefighter with the Falkner Fire Department. He was employed for many years as a high way contractor, roofer, and his last employment was with ILM as a highway crew supervisor where he was employed for 15 years.
 

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Sherri Hokey Johnson, a daughter, Sylvia Hokey of Phoenix, AZ, a son, Leif (Michelle) Hokey of Northglenn, CO, and one granddaughter. His siblings Colene Prather of Falkner, MS, Jeanette Brown of Middleton, TN, Carl Johnson, Polly (Mac) Peterson all of Tiplersville, MS and Clifford Johnson of Ripley, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 17, 2023, at Foster & Son Funeral Home, Ripley, MS from 12p-7p with the family present from 5p-7p. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 18, 2023, 12p at Bethlehem MBC, Falkner, MS. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service at the church. Interment will follow at Ruckersville Cemetery, Falkner, MS.
