Obituary

Charles Edward Robinson was born April 12, 1947 in Walnut, MS. He was the son of Patrick Noverta Robinson and Canary Gunn. He was a graduate of Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, OH. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy.

Charles retired after many years of service from the government. He loved the Lord. When he moved to Columbus, he joined Bethany Baptist church where he served as a deacon. In his leisure, he enjoyed fishing.

Charles entered eternal rest on Friday, August 26, 2022. He was seventy-five years of age. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, son Lorin Montevon Robinson, grandson Boycie Javon Richardson, and brother Daniel Gunn.

Loving memories are cherished by: daughter, Charla Y. Robinson; granddaughter, Jordyn Rogers; brothers: Billy Simpson, LQ Edgeston, and Mycus Edgeston; sisters, Delois Edgeston, Charlene Mitchell, and Jeanelle Bogard; and many other family members and friends.
