Billy A Rainer Sr

Billy Albert Rainer Sr. age 69, was born on August 14, 1954, to Mr. Earnest "Petro" Jefferson Rainer and Mrs. Eula Lee Rainer at Tippah County Hospital in Ripley, MS.
 

In 1972, he graduated from Falkner High School and worked for many furniture companies such as Ashley Furniture and Albany Industries soon after. He married Feddie Johnson and welcomed two children. Later, he met and married Mrs. Laurie Ann Blackwell and was blessed enough to have two more children. He at- tended Bethlehem Baptist Church in Falkner, MS.

He passed away on November 3, 2023, at Magnolia Health Center in Corinth, MS after fighting a long battle to cancer.

He leaves behind his memories to cherish, his wife Laurie Ann Rainer of Tiplersville, MS, his children; Alvin Johnson of Booneville, MS, Brandon Rainer of Ripley, MS, Jeree Blackwell of Starksville, MS, and Billy (Ann) Rainer Jr. of Tiplersville, MS. His siblings; Wayne (Deborah) Rainer of Falkner, MS, Linda (Larry) Boyd of Tiplersville, MS, Paula (James) Elliott of Jackson, TN; Paulette (Lawrence) Edgeston of Tiplersville, MS, Stella (Marshall) Strong and Donnie Rainer all of Falkner, MS He also leaves behind five grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 10, 2023, from 12p-7p at Foster & Son Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, MS with the family present from 5p-7p. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 11, 2023, 11a, at Bethlehem M.B.C, Falkner, MS. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service at the church. Interment will follow at Ruckersville Cemetery, Falkner, MS.
