Aqawvius De'Jon Clemmer was born March 16, 2006 in New Albany, MS to Demetric R. Clemmer and Julisa D. Hoyle. Aqawvius (Quay) De'Jon Clemmer earned his wings October 2, 2017 at Tippah County Hospital in Ripley, MS.

He accepted Christ at an early age at FEBC of Ripley, MS where he remained until death.

Quay was a fifth-grade student at Ripley Middle School. He enjoyed playing football, basketball, riding his bike, and playing video games. Also, Quay loved his dogs and cats. He loved playing outside, swimming, and skating.

Quay always wore a smile that would light up a room.

Hoyle of Ripley, MS; his father, Demetric (Duke) Clemmer of Ripley, MS; his siblings: Kanye O'Zarious Clemmer, Madison Grace Clemmer, , Kylin Demetric Clemmer, Elizabeth Claire Clemmer, and Rashun O'Rion Clemmer all of Ripley, MS and Aaliyah Myeshia Yancy of Jackson, TN; grandmothers, Bobbie Green of Falkner, MS and Audrey Clemmer of Ripley, MS; grandfathers, Ricky Hoyle and Henry “Bae Bae” (LaShelle) Cox of Ripley, MS; great-grandmother, Marie Cox and Katie Mae Preston of Ripley, MS; uncles: Lowell (Sarah) Gibbs of Corinth, MS; Ronnie (Pauline) Gibbs of Ripley, MS, Marcus Johnson of Milwaukee, WI and Carlos Clemmer of Tokoma, Washington; aunt, Quiana Pittman of Ripley, MS; great aunt, Deborah (Earnest) Rainer of Falkner, MS; great uncle, Ronnie (Pauline) Gibbs of Ripley, MS. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 5 pm-8 pm at Foster and Son Funeral Home of Ripley, MS. Service will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 1 pm at St. James C.O.G.I.C. of Ripley, MS. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Ruckersville Cemetery in Falkner, MS. Services entrusted to Foster and Son Funeral Home of Ripley, MS.
