Johnny E. Adams, 64, was born March 6, 1954 to the late John C. & Myrtle Adams in Falkner, MS. He departed this life on March 15, 2018 at his home.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two step-daughters, Latoya & Lakisha Evans of Des Moines, IA; eight grandkids: Datrius Adams, Freddy Walker, Johnny Walker, Sharneeka Walker, Shareisha Walker, Anfernee Walker, Shartonia Walker, Shartier Walker and nine great-grandkids all of Des Moines, IA; brother, Waymon (Nettie) Adams; sister, Georgette (Moris) McDonald; sister-in-law, Sarah Adams all of Falkner, MS; sisters and brothers: Vera (John Earl) McDonald, Linda Faye Adams, Annie Adams, Mary Ann Adams, Catherine (David) Palmer, Chris Ann (Stephen Sr.) Hoyle, Lexis Rucker, Aradella (Jake) Johnson, Lou Ann Price, Dorothy Rucker, Ed Adams, Rickey Adams, Clifford (Jackie) Rucker, all of Ripley, MS; Connie (Mitchell) Knox of New Albany, MS; Brenda (Johnny) Pomerlee of Coffeeville, MS; Jackie Wallace, Demetria Wallace Taylor, and Raylette Lloyd all of Memphis, TN.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 23, 2018 from 12 noon - 6 pm at Foster and Son Funeral Home in Ripley, MS. Service will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11 am at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Falkner, MS. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Ruckersville Cemetery in Falkner, MS. Services entrusted to Foster and Son Funeral Home of Ripley, MS.
