Christine Millsap

Christine Millsap was born June 14, 1980 to the late Otis and Rosie Mae Gunn in Ripley, MS. She departed her earthly life on March 19, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Joshua Millsap of New Albany, MS; sister, Sarah Turner of New Albany, MS; three brothers:  Tyrone Gillard of Walnut, MS, Lance Gunn of Kokomo, IN, and Chris Gunn of Cleveland, OH; two special nieces, Tyesha Gillard of New Albany, MS and Breanna Gillard of Jackson, MS; special nephew, Christopher Gillard of Walnut, MS; two sister-in-laws: Felisha Gillard of Tishomingo, MS and Sharon Millsap of Detroit, MI; seven aunts: Noddie Peterson of Ripley, MS, Emma Jean Gillard of Columbus, MS, Linda Gillard of Walnut, MS, Barber Ann Gillard of Kokomo, IN, Zadie Williams, Laura Gunn, and Katherine Gunn all of Memphis, TN; two uncles: Larry Gillard of Walnut, MS and Dennis Patterson of Kokomo, IN; one great-aunt, Mylene Young of Kokomo, IN; one great-uncle, John Gibbs of Flint, MI; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 30, 2018 from 12 noon – 8 pm at Foster and Son Funeral Home in Ripley, MS with the family present from 6 pm- 8 pm.  Service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 11 am at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Falkner, MS. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service.  Interment will follow at Ruckersville Cemetery in Falkner, MS.  Services entrusted to Foster and Son Funeral Home of Ripley, MS.
